If you find that your Call Centre status is stuck in a certain state, try one or all of these suggestions:
- Log out of the app by clicking the profile at the top right side of the screen and then clicking on the "Sign out" option
- Close all browser windows
- Open the DialPad app again. When prompted to log back in be, sure to click the orange "Log in with Office 365" button.
You can also try and clear the App Cache following the instructions below.
You can clear the App cache by:
- Holding the ALT button, this will toggle the browser menu to visible (you will see File, Edit, Help)
- Select HELP
- Select Clear Cache
