I have 2 mailboxes, my personal one and a shared one. How can I colour-code the 2nd shared mailbox in Outlook, so in All Inboxes view I can tell which belongs to which?

  1. Add a Conditional Formatting rule for the 2nd shared mailbox account:-
    Go to View tab > View Settings > Conditional Formatting...
  2. Hit Add > Condition > Sent to: [email protected] > OK.
  3. Then hit the Font button to customize, e.g. lilac font colour
