Symptom: Outlook upgraded and switched to New Outlook (rather than Classic Outlook). My team's mailboxes have disappeared.


Solution: Add your team's shared mailbox back.

  1. Click the 3-dots next to your email address.
  2. Click on Add shared folder or mailbox
  3. Type your team's shared mailbox name. Click Add.
  4. You'll see your team's mailbox under Shared with me.
