- Click start and in the search box type : mstsc or double left click on the remote desktop icon
- Select the Computer you normally connect to
- It should be BBY-TS-A2 or BBY-TS-A3
- Click on Show Options
- Go to advanced Tab

Click Settings
- Check Use these RD Gateway server settings and type: gateway.amestile.com
- Make sure to check Bypass RD Gateway server for local addresses and click ok

Try to connect to Macola
